SCR Pre-requisites

The first step towards getting onboarded to the COMPASS platform is a new account invitation mail that the company representative (designated Admin) will receive (as shown below).

Onboarding & Login

Clients need to be first onboarded to the COMPASS platform by the Platform Admin.

  1. Use the link provided by the platform admin. Sample format: https://<companyname>.COMPASS.cyraacs.com/

  2. Enter shared credentials and login. You will land on the dashboard.

Assign Roles & Permissions

Note that the Platform Admin enables roles and permissions for clients. Refer to the roles and permissions matrix for more details.
